Doughphoria is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. We package each cookie carefully and take precautions to ensure safe shipping. Once your package is dropped off with the shipping carrier, it is out of our hands and we are no longer responsible for the condition it arrives in or for any shipping delays that may occur.
All orders placed will be shipped out on the following Tuesday.

All products are baked in the same kitchen, and we cannot guarantee a completely cross-contamination-free environment. Doughphoria cannot be held liable for allergic reactions. Our cookies contain wheat, eggs, dairy, and soy, and are made in a kitchen that also handles peanuts and tree nuts.
